Trooper of the Week award goes to Al. He kept at it even after his workout was interrupted by a wee bit of the “Pestalozzi Flu” [hangover.] Way to gut it out, Al! Anyone can train when they feel great. The people that get results are the ones that keep at, day in-day, week in-week out, month in-month out, even when they don’t feel like it. Well done!
