In the ’80s classic The Untouchables, Jim Malone asks that question of Elliot Ness. Then he says, “You must be prepared to go all the way.” We can identify with that. Everybody says they want to get in shape. But WHAT ARE YOU PREPARED TO DO?! CrossFit is hard. CrossFit is going all the way. You’ll definitely sweat. You may cry. Heck you may even bleed like Jes did in this deadlift workout (he kept going, btw.) But you WILL get results. So let’s get started. As Malone says, “The Lord hates a coward.”
