I don’t care if you’ve never done a sport in your life; this is the place to be. I don’t care if you’re sedentary. I don’t care what your excuse is… injuries? I’ve got injuries. We work around it. They modify it. And it is the most welcomed that I have ever felt in any gym, anywhere; and I’ve been in gyms ALL over America; and I feel so welcomed at every single [CrossFit gym] I’ve been to.
