Working out is not your favorite thing to do. Changing your nutrition regimen blows. If you think we don’t feel that way sometimes because we are trainers, nothing could be further from the truth. There are plenty of days we really don’t feel like working out. EVERY DAY we’d rather eat pizza, or a cheeseburger and fries, or an entire cake instead of some lean meat and vegetables. Folks, WE. GET. IT. But there are a few other things we get: Like… it’s fun to be strong, fit, and healthy. Or… you will feel so much better when you exercise and eat right. How about… your long-term quality-of-life will be worlds different if you have a healthy lifestyle than if you don’t. And the one thing we *really* know? If you stick with a sound exercise and diet regimen long enough to really change your body, you will NEVER go back. So yeah, we get your ‘it’. Now do yourself a favor; try our ‘it’.
