The Squat Snatch (ground to Overhead Squat in one movement) is the pinnacle of barbell athleticism. At low repetitions it requires and develops 8 of the 10 General Physical Skills of Fitness: strength, power, speed, coordination, flexibility, accuracy, agility, and balance. Throw it in a metabolic conditioning workout with higher reps and you add stamina and cardio-respiratory endurance to the mix.
