If we had to come up with a tag line to replace “Don’t Use Machines. Become One.”, it might well be “Everybody Squats.” No exercise does a better job of developing full body strength. And strength is the foundation on which we build all other physical skills. (It’s also the #1 predictor of hospital mortality rates.) Stop making excuses. Get under the bar.
