Until a few months ago I had stopped at 5x320# on Back Squats. Why? I don't really know. It was not a conscious decision; I just wasn't going any higher. Maybe a part of me was saying, "That's strong enough". Maybe I was just being lazy. But the obvious fact is that I was capable of more if I was willing to put it out there.
