Deadlifts Don’t Lie.
There's a saying in the strength community that has stuck with us: "Deadlifts don't lie." People can unknowingly cheat on squats, presses, etc. But not deadlifts. You either lifted it, or you didn't; simple as that. And we're here to tell you... if you do heavy deadlifts, you WILL get stronger.
